• Access Timeline: Upon successful payment, access to your purchased content is typically provided immediately or within 24 hours via email or through your user account.
• No Shipping Charges: Since there are no physical deliveries, no shipping fees are applicable.

Cancellation Policy (for Digital Content)
Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations are generally not permitted once access has been granted. However, we understand that errors or accidental purchases can happen. If you need to cancel an order: You must submit a cancellation request within 12 hours of purchase and before accessing or downloading the content. Requests made after content access or login activity will not be eligible for cancellation. All cancellation requests will be reviewed by our team on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only considered if: There is a technical issue that prevents access to the content, and it cannot be resolved within a reasonable time. You were charged more than once for the same product. The content was not delivered as described and no alternative or correction is provided. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
